First of all – You guys – thank you so much for being so amazing in the last few weeks. You have displayed so much flexibility and willingness to do what is needed to make the changes to our service model successful. I am beyond grateful for all your hard work and amazing attitudes. This has far exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank you enough.
Okay…onto the business stuff:
I’ll be putting out a Daily Desk Schedule to assign tasks and work stations. Look for a print copy at the workstations each day and let me know if you have any questions.
