Update: The upgrade is nearly complete. The software is installed, but Polaris staff have to run a few quality assurance tests before they’ll call the upgrade finished. Circ staff may check materials out on Circ1 and Circ2, but let’s hold off on other Polaris activities until we get the all clear. Our website is up, but the catalog will not work until Eric resets a configuration file. The connection between Polaris and remote databases (like Bridges) is not working yet.
The upgrade to Polaris 7.3 has begun. Please do not open the Polaris client until further notice.
Some or all of the www.johnstonlibrary.com website may not be working. Patrons will not be able to log into Bridges (Overdrive, Libby) or other resources that require a barcode and PIN.
