I know that many of you know patrons–from in the library or through home delivery, book clubs, the book bike, etc.–from Martina Place and Bishop Drumm. I’ve included some sad news from the Fire/EMS Chief below. I’ll update everyone as I hear more.

I have an update on Martina Place and Bishop Drumm in Johnston.
There is an outbreak of COVID-19 in Martina Place that this also affected Bishop Drumm. This is now added to the list of care facilities that the Governor will be reporting on in her updates.
We are taking extra precautions and working with their staff. We will work with them more tomorrow to ensure the safety of their residents and our staff.
