The following will be posted to our website and Facebook shortly. As I mentioned this weekend, staff can continue to work their scheduled number of hours each week. If you’d like to change-up when you work, please talk to your supervisor first.
Due to recent news about the coronavirus in Iowa and recommendations from state and federal agencies, we’ve decided to take the following measures for the safety of our patrons and staff:
MONDAY, MARCH 16TH THROUGH WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18TH
The library will be open for picking-up and checking-out holds only. The library’s computers, study rooms, and all other public areas will be closed. Meetings and programs have been cancelled. Please wait at least four hours between placing your holds and visiting the library for pickup.
THE LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED BEGINNING THURSDAY, MARCH 19TH
For the safety of our patrons and staff, the library will be closed beginning Thursday, March 19th. Due dates for items currently checkout out have been extended to April 16th. Library staff will continue to work their regular hours.
