I have changed the PC Reservation validation rules to allow children with “full-service” cards (that is, a parent has signed the library card application) to use the Games PCs even if their cards have expired and/or they owe more than $10.00.
The rules now read:
- If the patron owes more than $10, restrict usage to the Games PCs.
- If the patron card has expired, restrict usage to the Games PCs.
- If the Internet/No Internet area is not equal to Internet, restrict usage to the Games PCs.
Do not issue a second “Games Only” card to a child patron with a “full-services” card. If his card isn’t allowing him to use the Games PCs, let me know, and I will fix it so it will work.
