In north central Iowa, Butler, Franklin, Humboldt, and Wright. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk and Bremer. In northwest Iowa, Pocahontas. In south central Iowa, Madison, Mahaska, Marion, and Warren. In southwest Iowa, Adair and Cass.
