If you are having difficulty with a computer being off-line (especially computers 11 & 12 in the study rooms), please check to see if the Ethernet cable is plugged into the computer. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed cables have been unplugged from the computer. My guess would be that a patron who uses the study room was having trouble with the WiFi and used it to plug into their own laptop. So, if you are having difficulty getting a computer to connect or it is continually saying that it is off-line, check to make sure that its plugged in!
