The staff printer is giving a faulty message about needing to have the yellow toner cartridge replaced. The Premier technician has ordered the necessary part, and he’ll be back on Thursday to fix the problem.
In the meantime, when prompted to replace the yellow toner cartridge, use the cartridge in the cabinet to the left of the printer. Put the cartridge you remove back in the box and put the box back in the cabinet. Continue to swap between the two cartridges until the problem is resolved.
